Classic simple machines layout, but always nice to see Indeed what you need now is some traffic to make it look even better. A forum is never much appealing with so little topics.

It all looks good! The only thing that I would change is the color of the title "The Contest Forum". The color doesn't really go with the rest of the site colors. Other than that is looks awesome!!

I am trying to get a new logo for the site sorted out , do you think i should add or remove any categories in the forum?

 

I would do something with header, too simple, I would work on title design a bit, create some logo

I have added a new logo and compacted the forum into a smaller user interface, is this better now???

Looks very basic vBulletin 4 to me, but I see it's a Simple Machines forum. Being a contest forum, you may want to create a more playful color scheme to get visitors excite to jump in the fun. Seems overwhelming (a lot going on on the index) and a dull template to me.

it is nice but the logo 's colors don't match the the color of template and the bars of sliding boxes on the left of homepage do not have same width with these boxes .
