gud design but need to put more keywords in home page

The overall design and the layout of the site is good and looks very profesionnal. It's good if you add a lill intro about you and your services on home page too.

yeah, i think it would look really good...

 

with the logo and the tag line you know what the general theme of the site is but as suggested some intro text would add that personal touch and enhance the homepage.

All I can say was your site is neat,nice presentation and I like the fonts you used.

I am on the web design business for about 5 years now! So I will give you a review on what I like and I don't like, Please note these are just my suggestions. So you can keep it or leave it.

1. I do not like the blue links. You should be consistent with the color of your site. I think the obvious choice for link color is red. Keep the links underlined. For hover you may try background fill. And for visited links you may try Brick red.

2. Talk to us icon looks a bit funny and unprofessional. I think some more professional looking silhouette needs to be there.

3. The residential and commercial Tab box. I think the border of the box is doubled with edge. So if you can give some space or may be you can try something different to place the box.

4. It took a fair amount of time to understand the function of the two buttons at bottom (with zamanzar.com and with zamanzar associate). If possible you can interpret the msg by altering the design a bit.

5. Your html code is not xhtml validated. Also you have used TABLE tag. Best if you can do tableless valid xhtml mark up.

6. One last thing you may try to feature some real estate for sale and rent on home page. Its an old idea but still will give your end user some nice preview on the first look and make him more interested on your product.

Ans: I but blue links because its a sign of click able text. Blue color defines click able text than any other color. This is the reason for blue text.

Ans: Yes you are right. Its a funny. I think silhouette image is much better than the existing one. Actually I was thinking about to design a mascot.

Ans: I made this intentionally. May be I'll change it after some time.

Ans: Yeah but you could always differentiate it with the above images or text.

Ans: I am launching table less layout in our new version and I'll keep that in mind that it should validate xhtml. Thanks for reminding it

Ans: we are planning to include more links at the bottom like "Delhi residential for sale" "Commercial lands in gurgaon" etc. May be this also helps. But no planning to include listings on home page right now.

Site design is good.. but you need to place some related unique content in home page that the visitors can understand about the site. This will also help your site in SEO process also.

 

overall design is good.I suggest to increases more attractive of "Talk To Us" link.
