Please Review this finance site, suggest me the ways

    Ad placement is nice though you should consider adding one rectangle ad unit at the top of the post.
    And instead of default Blogspot comment system install Disqus Comment system.

    Theme look great, You can add an affiliate banner at header (468*60)

    at the bottom of page you have google ad, and cause of a little of space we can't see it all - we also can't see google logo - it's against adsense TOS

    Yes the blog is loading horribly too slow, infact it doesn't open, first try to solve this problem other wise you loose the traffic.

    Yes, it is somewhat slower then normal site's but it would be fine no need to worry about it. But it would be fine if some what free up the sidebar.
