    The Blog looks good overall, easy to read.

    As far as the logo i would go with a transparent background or white would blend in with the design better.

    Your blog look nice information , but no have banner in your blog?, you can add quality unique content , no copy, you can check manual at google or copyscape.com enter your blog url and check it

    Your blog is nice and informative, may be you can add Stock Market updates, which would be helpful to you blog. I think your logo is perfect.
