Generally the site design is good. The colors are not too dark or glaring, and focused in the important things. But you shall make the text size adjustable by the browser.

I think for the Colour is good enough and The layout is Cool

Lots of colours, maybe you should try limiting it to 3.

One think that you have done right is the amount of content. It will be great for search engines.

 

There are too many colors on the page, you should reduce the amount of colors.

 

I honestly believe that you should learn about blending colors. You have used different colors for your logo. If you have design this site from MS Word I will say this is good. But there are lot of pretty looking sites around the world. Any way this a great start. Keep searching the web for nice sites and have a library of sites. Then its easy to integrate rich looking designs to your site. Good luck.

 

I disagree. I think this is an excellent example of keeping the theme of the site in mind while designing it. So many times we get wrapped up in making a link here, or moving our header up.. and we lose sight of what we are building. This is a coupons sight. It looks like a coupons site. the people who clip coupons will feel right at home here. I haven't checked the source code or anything but knowing what the site is and looking at it purely from an artistic/design point of view I think it's "genius" Excellent work, imo.

 

The website looks a bit 90-ish, I think you should just get a free css theme.
