    This may be hard for you but i suggest you to change the theme. I already visited tons of top blogs and they have something in common.. try to learn from them.. suggestion doesn't change much unless your a web designer who knows Php, html, css coding.

    first thing is your design. focus on design because its first thing visitors will notice. menu bar is hiding your title. fix it .
