nice design , you need work more and more ,
Headlines 6,7,8, dont work

Your site is looking cool and attractive color scheme selection is good just add better logo

Clean design...on the right hand sidebar, below the sponsors section, looks empty..You can add some content there!

Too much white space. I recommend 3 to 5 headline links rather than 8. You site looks unfinished, I suggest finishing it as soon as possible before it gets crawled so that the SE's can index it properly.
