    It looks pretty good, but the scrolling text reminds me of 1997!

    i think that header picture is to big.
    the site needs a favicon.

    To me there are 3 things (and the first two are related):

    1) it looks like there is an extra line or two of dead space before the top menu
    2) the header graphic looks good but is huge
    3) the flashing counter ad at the bottom is distracting and pulls me away from you site. I know ads are supposed to do that but that's not a quality enough ad to be anything other than distracting IMO.

    If you dropped the top dead space and slightly squished (technical term I know :) ) the header graphic then you could get your entire home page displayed without scrolling... that would be awesome.

    make the logo smaller for the site. because when i Scrool down i read on the site it whould be nice to se the top links like join and more.
