I think that you may require a header part appearance.

 

Your website is looking clean and professional you should add better header to your site

 

I think you should change the background a little bit. It looks so simple and not attractive much.

 

The design is fine but I recommend you change the URLs into custom permalinks for easier crawling of your website.
