Your title should be unique for every page according to the content of that page with some keywords in it. With the $4.99 price, you can be explicit about not having any recurring monthly charges. Be specific as to one and only one $4.99 charge and no more, ever.
You've got a good pitch, now you just need to revamp the design to reflect that. It needs some more "glitz and glam". It's too plain right now.

Use a logo that represents money or success.. nothing that says you will make $1,000,000 by tomorrow am or have the pretty girls chasing you, but something that is enticing. 2. Give them something for giving you their e-mail address. 3. List benefits. 4. There are so many ways to make money out there, what sets you apart? Good luck.
