Your blogs really looks good and ofcourse exceptional from other blogs. But what i feel in the first visit, I think "ALINSYS NETWORK" size of text of home page should decrease. Also you can add some pictures there. In home page top section you can add some more text or some recent blogs entry or any. It looks bit empty to me. Otherwise your blog looks great. Best of luck.
