Please review the ad placement on my site

    Hi guys. I've been playing around with different adsense formats and colors, and by this time, i'm ok with my ctr but i'd like to increase it. My CTR is 3-3.2 and I'm receiving 60,000+ uniques a month.
    I'd like to get my site reviewed and you guys give me some advices on how to increase de CTR please.

    Nice placement! I hope the large 250 x 250 ad on the right works well. A neat trick you can try is placing another 250 x 250 IMAGE ad below or above the text one :)
