    looks nice but home page is too long so visitors might skip reading it. and sideBar could use a little bit more design so it would looks less like a default wordpress theme and more like a pro website

    Too long website. Took me time to scroll down to the bottom. You could use slideBar to arrange your pages. And your site has no color at all. People like cars for their performance and color. So work a little bit on theme.
