    cps pump .com (no spaces). I'm doing some updates/spring cleaning type stuff. Is there anything SEO I should fix or implement?

    Frames, tables ? Design ? At least remove css and put it in file:
    <link href="filename.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" />

    I have CSS in the header?!

    I'll have to look for that - it should all be external!
