its a nice looking site my suggestion would be to have your adds in more appealing places where the eyes naturally fall within your page and maybe a few image ads to grab attention

so which places for example. i switched to text only, cause i barely had any clicks on image ads

there are also two ad bocks in each job posting, if you havent seen them.

why not post them in the featured jobs section.

 

change the color of the ads so they stand out more

 

shouldn´t they not stand out? meaning to look like normal links?

 

Put them midway through the featured jobs.

 

you mean replacing one featured job with an add? which size? links or picture ad?

put one at the top in your header area.... a leaderboard.

i am not sure about the leaderboard cause it disrupts my design. do you think i will even get many clicks on the leadboard?

sure i take more traffic, but more traffic wont increase my ctr, you know?

Everything is fine but i think you need to Put some ads on it. You can use header with vertical banner or in footer i prefer to use mini ads
