    Your site looks ok, the load time is fine.
    Maybe it's just me, but I think it will be nicer with a cleaner layout, it feels a bit cluttered.
    Your adsense positions are perfect!

    Very good looking site but to get a better SE position you should mod rewrite the urls :)
