Maybe you could specify something special and unique about your template in the title, so that people who see your page will instantly know what it is you have to offer them. Just having "Website template" on its own is too generic and not very attention grabbing, even "Paypal website template" would be better. Also be careful of typos/spelling mistakes; I didn't read the entire page but immediately noticed recieved instead of received.
I just have few comments about the forum page: -The color theme is tiring to the eyes. -And the theme is very different you cant find a hint that its related to the entire page but nice site overall.
