    You have 4 ad units per page on inner pages - i believe the limit is 2, possibly 3 per page - i might be wrong though. Either way theres a little too much advertising on inner pages, although the ads on the index are well integrated. Personally though i find the template a little bland and boring - its not memorable at all... best of luck!

    there are 3 text ads and 1 text link unit on inner pages.
    and it is not againest TOS.

    whooo ... your inner page is against google TOS,
    remove "Related links :" above your goole ads immediately.
