    To the best of my knowledge there is no tool for removal of a scam except to stop the scammer doing business by whatever means possible. The only way to avoid scams is to become aware of the current scams but even net savvy people can get hit.
    Content will come - there are many people out there who have been scammed and the scammers will never stop.

    Would be nice to build a database/index where people can search names, companies, websites.
    Also to allow people to post feedback, reviews.
