It seems like you have some aspects of SEO on lock down. You got a ton of links and good content. Spent some time developing unique titles and descriptions for your pages and you will be golden.

    Hi

thank you. Well there are some pictures, where I think they are neccessary. For example: http://www.sayeconomy.com/ten-management-roles-by-henry-mintzberg/ and http://www.sayeconomy.com/situational-leadership-by-kenneth-blanchard-and-paul-hersey/

But usually I don't find the right one that would improve the article's value. They just make the loading time bigger while they don't make any extra money.

But I see your point. Adding pictures would make the site more calorful... I'll try to work on that in the future :) Tny!

I just want to review about your links and permalinks.

    1. Don't use Others category. You do not need it. You can use direct categories, likes domainname.com/business-economy
    2. Don't use 'category' words on your category. Type category name direct. For example: domainname.com/global-economy
    3. Remove title: Permanent Link to on your permalink.
    4. Reduce aoutbound link on your footer. Put nofollow tags is the best.
    5. Change "Older post" with Wp pagenavi plugin. Its good to give backlink to your older post.
