    A new theme and logo would be nice and would really attract people.
    You seem to have enough user's/post's to keep the site running though and that is good.

    script looks quite basic indeed...some custom editing would be a good idea

    Due to its subject (not exactly the most entertaining one), I do think the website look fits its purpose: clean, unfancyful, sec. The argument of a more personalised logo, as mentioned above, does however has its point. Good luck.

    An insurance Logo would be fine but the way it is also is OK.

    Right below the big Policywala.com
    You could add something like

    "Everything you need to know about insurance"
