The good

It has a pirate theme

The not-so-good

It doesn't tell me what the site is at all - from the front page is could be for warez or a children's game, I'm not sure which. You have a registration page instead of an index page and no explanation. Expand to give a hint for the viewer

If it's a kids' e-wallet site; I can handle the graphics... But if it's aimed at adults? Then the graphics need to be reinvented to make the theme look less 'kiddy'

I agree with AON21, the top page graphics are a little over the top.

It looks like a game, not a wallet. I would make it minimal, just the login form and a great pirate map logo, or something.

It is not the worst site in the world but it does need a bit of a change. You will need to explain to people on the homepage what the site actully is.
