For the scrolling list of proxies, they go too fast! Try slowing it down a bit. The site could also use a light grey background color.

 

Ok i made it 2 times slower.

 

I love your site design. As for the scrolling list, you might wan to give users a scroll bar so that they can quickly go up and down in the list if they want to.
