Ok I have very good reviews and the bad ones. The good ones wont help you so here are the negative ones-
    1. You generate a random password and that's good but what if I forget my password. If you could put a login area where I can see and store all my passwords, that would become something that is gonna happen in future. It would be amazing if such random difficult passwords are kept for me somewhere safe. So make a user profile for each user and save generated passwords there.
    2. I don't like the checkboxes. Make your own checkboxes and textfields. Something more designer.
    3. I think you should add special character checkbox also.
    4. The default password length is 12 when I visit your site and It is not recommended by you. Why?
    Hope this helps

It's really cool. The only thing, I think, can be a problem is people will be afraid to generate passwords on your site (for security reasons) thinking that they can be traced back to their log in info, etc. But.... I think you should come up with a small widget for site developers and offer it either free or for a small free. It can be an excellent addition to any site. Just think about it, somebody is creating a membership profile and can instantly generate a password for it using your widget. I think THAT can work out really well for you.

Hey guys thanks for the honest feedback - much appreciated.

@atom - You've raised some really interesting points.

    1. User accounts for storing passwords might be something that we'll look into.
    2. Hmm.. I agree the default check boxes aren't alll that pretty. Perhaps we'll see if we can style them slightly better.
    3. By special characters do you mean punctuation? If so that is already available but unchecked by default.
    4. I don't quite understand this last point about password length - 12 is under recommended. Anything shorter isn't.
Thanks once again. Keep them coming!

@qwikad - everything is generated at the user's side and not server side, so nothing is stored/sent. Once the page has loaded you can even disconnect your internet and the generator will continue to work. Regarding the widget idea, yes it might be quite useful for webmasters. Again, we'll look into it. Thanks!

I actually like the fact that you kept it short and simple. The website looks good for what it is. There is no need for an elaborate design on a site like this so what you did really works. I haven't checked it on a mobile device but if I were you I would really make sure that this looks good on a mobile device. I can see a lot of people using their phones on a site like this.

@black - thanks, will make a note of a mobile friendly version.

Btw guys do you think that punctuation/special characters should be checked by default?
