    Can you all please review my Part Time Jobs Search related website: http://www.searchparttimejobs.com ? Any advice will be appreciated. Basically, my questions are:

    1) How I can improve visitor staying time on website?
    2) What I should Include to make it more useful?
    3) Design/Optimization related advices?

    Looks good and there are interesting contents to read.But still need to work on design part and add a goodlooking banner with image related to the site.keep on updating the contents inorder to make the visitors to stay on the site for few minutes.

    1- Well You Shud Remove The Ads From Your Explore Current Part Time Jobs... As The Visitors Can Consider It As A Bluff And You Dont Have Much Trafiic Utilize Ads When You Got Enuf Traffic Provide Quality Content And Legit Jobs Offers And Use Some Cv Wizard So They Can Create Account And Upload Their Cv Their For The Required Job.

    2- Again Legit Jobs, Confirmed Resourse.. Otherwise It Will Take Second To Get A Review Like Scam

    3-optimize It, Submit It To Related Directories, Use Social Bookmarkings, And Then I Like Ur Template But I Suggest That Crafting Work Shud Be At The Left Side And Do Some Work With Your Header Logo.

    The template you are using for this site is not good because the width is so small the remaining parts of the page a wasted it's better to change the theme:)
