It's a nice site. I like the menu bar with the tabs on top... very user friendly! Good work!

i like it very much.
but if you ask for any critiques...
at client panel there are few icons which i have seen before. if you want to show your visitors that you are serious company you have to make your own icons instead of using other's ones
also i'm not sure about your logo. it doesn't look unique too. maybe you can change it a little.
anyway it's one of best sites which i saw in "reviews" section of DP.
hope your services will be so good as design of your site.

 

I agree - actually I'm a little ahead of you, I've been attempting a design for new icons, and looking for a set through a few sites. Like I said, it's still a draft - but I'm close to finished, and it is a functioning site right this moment.

 

I like your layout but it looks just like the layouts of 90% of the hosting companies out there.

First, great colors ans clean theme.

To give more information to visitors, use different header images with different products... it will help you and visitors...

Add a favicon, ASAP...

Consider having a footer with quick links... if possible

 

Excellent criticism - I was actually thinking about adding social networks for my site as well.

 

Try bbPress forum software, thats very good

 

I like the website's layout but I think you need to add a blog there.

 

I dont see any purpose in adding a blog to your hosting site!

The site looks great all around, i agree that some of the icons are a little off in client section, like a cd for downloads.

There is only one real issue in the whole site in my opinion.

The about us copy is terrible! That really needs to be completely rewritten...with the exception of "We don't work nine to five. We work till the job is done! There's no exceptions." Thats a great line

Great layout and user functionality. Also very visually attractive.

 

Alright, I've modified a portion of the client panel, including the portal icons. Hopefully it's a little more appealing then before now.

 

Very sleek, Love the color scheme I doubt anyone will truly notice your icons. I'd host my site with you. =]

 

why thank you mck567. I'm currently working on a few minor adjustments for the footer.

 

Simple and Clean Design....

 

- I don't like the menu; the choice of font / how it's laid out / the black border that's just empty at the top of the page.
- Reposition some elments. Don't like where the logo is now.
- Use more color, live chat button, etc.
- Use the subpage header like you use on the client panel page on all subpages.
