    Hi i would really appreciate any thoughts on our self improvement site. regarding design, header, colours, usability. what should we improve??

    Also, you are using a custom video player from youtube, and is this your youtube channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/psychetruth

    If that is your youtube channel, embed more of your videos into your website. Take each video, type up a short article and stream the video from youtube straight into your site. You have almost unlimited resources with a youtube channel like that.

    If those are not your videos,,,, Why are you using someone else's content on your site?

    I agree with ~Kev~ and I think the contents of your site looks a bit crammed
    your adsense ads are too close to your text you should create some negative
    space to make it more legible.
