It's a well built site, but if you're wanting constructive critism, here you go: - Reminds me too much of UserVoice, where's the originality? UserVoice is too popular to copy, add some changes that will make your company better than UserVoice - or you will lack beating them in competition. - As many people are consistently saying, it's your design: it didn't appeal to me at all. The concept I recognized immediately. - Logo is horrible, change it. Something Web2.0, sparkling, colourful, and high definition. - Better use of colours and images is 100% neccessary. The site looks amateur even though it is powerful - meaning so much work will be put in, but because of these problems they won't be utilized as planned. So far, it looks like Facebook and UserVoice in one, and not in a good way, but in general, loving the side 'feedback' logo - would preference that over UserVoice anyday, and it would actually make me change to your service but you've still got quite a few issues. But, it will go well if you can become a competition.
