Hi there, We're going to relaunch our site at: ForumAdvertiser.com. We obtained ownership of this site last year when it was running phpBB. We migrated it to vB, put a new theme, reorganize the structure and forums and of course... trimed off the bad apples (spammers and spam posts). The site is ready to be relaunched again. Could you please provide feedback and recommendations on the forum categories, layout, settings, and anything that you think can bring good values to the Forum Advertising community? Hi Bramcolm, I think your forum is a great and unique idea. I like that forum owners have an opportunity to promote their own forum for free. The color of the template is refreshing. The layout is good as well. I have only one question: How are you going to monetize it? Anyway, nice job. Keep it up!
Thanks for the review!! How to monetize it? If we provide values to help forum owners = traffic, then monetizing opportunities will follow. We're going to monitor the progress and make the proper adjustment and introduce suitable products and services there. It'll be a long process.
I think this post on your forum sums it up: http://forumadvertiser.com/showthread.php/685-It-is-hard-to-find-anything-here I looked at some of the requirements - the FCs for posting - I'm not sure if people are willing to 1 - learn about these FCs and 2 - want them to begin with since the site's goal seems to be pretty vague. You need to do a better job of explaining what the site is about and why someone would want to visit, register, etc.
