Hello, We have newly launched a webservice Chatvana. For end users looking for information in the web, the service (freely) connects users realtime with someone who can answer the query. So no more pogo sticking between passive search results. Basically we are playing off of the need for interaction. For business users, the (free) service provides real time engagement with their leads when they are in the right frame of mind (looking for a relevant product).
