Cool site. So are you taking the answers from Yahoo? Just don't like how the images of the yahoo avatars (they did come from Yahoo, right?) are pixellated like that; looks really bad. Other than that, really cool idea you've got going. If I were you I'd probably go with another design that makes a person want to visit your site again and again. The design is kind of ... well let's just say it could be be enticing and active. But I think you're headed off to a good start, though. Keep it up.
The site is a bit plain, try adding a nice defined logo design. Also, your adsense ad unit sticks out more than the navigation menu.
