Looks nice, looks very professional with a touch of web 2.0 (bit more than touch ). Don't really have anything critical to say about it at all.
I like it. It is very professional and modern. Still you should add a "latest news" section so that people will see that you are active and you are there to keep them in touch with news from Seattle.
Nicely done - coming from someone who has worked with a lot of travel sites. As an added value provide a link to check upcoming weather for incoming guests
I think your site looks professional with a cool design. I would, though, add a lead-capture form to collect subscribers. Give them some kind of incentive so they want to leave their contact info. Collecting a list is very important
I think the site looks great the only problem I have is that your URL address is too long, but I'm assuming shorter ones that would work for you were already taken... Might be worth it looking into a shorter name, domain names are cheap anyways...
I think your site looks very professional. The only thing I would change is move the logo and flash to the top above the menu bar and the reserve phone number right below... Good luck!
