    mybb seems easier to use, we first installed phpbb33,
    but found it too complicated, so later converted to mybb.

    I believe it should have some flashy logo to get the users attention; otherwise it looks a bit bland. Still, it looks great in my opinion!

    I think the layout is fine, albeit bland. Even with that being the case, I still think this could be very useful for people looking for some consulting.

    It looks straightforward and clean-cut. As others have indicated, there is little to distinguish it from any of the many like it. That is not bad for a first try and the fact that you want some input indicates you will make a success of it eventually.
