Please Review New York Local.

Hi I was wondering if someone can test drive the New York Local directory and give me some feeedback with rating etc and any improvements that could be made.

nice clean layout, there is something about the logo though that bugs me, its simple yet missing something. I like how New York and Local are different but mabey snazz up New York just a bit. That blue bar grabs more attention than New York. All seems to work just fine. I like the over all look and layout.

 

Thanks i was thinking the same i was thinking add a USA flag in there somewhere what do you think?

 

anytime. My first thought was to keep the blue color, i like it. But maybe have an alternating, blue/white, start with a thicker blue line then go thinner and more white. I was also thinking of a different font for the New York, to make it stand out a bit more so the eye focuses on New York

I think the colors are appropiate, they look refreshing, also, the white space make this comfortable to navigate for long periods, nice work .

 

Thanks for the comments, and DbClyne im not sure exactly what you mean...do you mean like a gradient on the New York? light to dark from top to bottom?
