    Hi all,

I'd appreciate it if you could check out the sales page for my new ebook and let me know what you think. I just launched so I'm just starting to see PPC traffic but would love suggestions.

    It's at http://www.getintoharvard.net

    Thanks!

I wouldn't change too much, if I were wanting to get into Harvard I'd buy the book. Good luck!

You have Selected nice Subject, but Feel Something incomplete when you are thinking to sale,Hi

, you can still improve your site as per SEO perspective, if you have tries to make,

please go through some basics and it will improve your site.

    1. Do some keyword research using free available tools
    2. choose any five high traffic keywords
    3. target them and use them in title and contents
    4. submit you site in high PR directories
    5, do some social bookmarking.

and i think you will ready to move fast in search

Thanks a lot, will do. Does anyone have advice on the sales copy? I've had over two hundred clicks so far without a conversion.

    Thanks.

good site but background flashes when you move the page up and down and a different background color couldn't hurt to

thanks-- can anyone with experience in clickbank sales pages chime in with criticism? would I be better off with the clickbank "buy through clickbank buttons" for example, instead of the "buy now"?

well... this is where I come in.. haha.. I have been doing IM for a little while now and while reviewing your site I notice a few things you can brush up on.

    1. Most important aspect of your sales copy: Explain benefits.
    Instead of writing;
    - 10 Types of People Who Get Into Harvard
    - 7 Factors Admissions Officers Use to Judge You
    - etc.

    You should somehow write something like this;
    - Harvard Administrators are looking for any of these 10 specific trait characteristics before even considering acceptance. Inside I cover each of them and show you how to choose one that best fits your personality.

    - Know how you are being judge before you even step one foot on campus. I will make sure you are well prepared to turn the interview around on them.

Now you don't have to write it like that, I am just trying to give you an example that your sales copy has to show benefits and not features.

AND the most important thing!!!! All successful internet marketers use an autoresponder service.
You are losing out on keeping them informed. Offer a free report with 5 tips or something just to get them
    to sign up.

Hope this gives you a little insight.

Thanks for the input, especially JimmyJam. Do you have a suggested autoresponder service? Is it easy to setup?

I use and strongly recommend Aweber. Very easy to set up and for the price you can't beat it.
When searching for autorepsonder company pay attention to how much they charge you extra once you
go over a certain amount of users on your list.

I think Aweber only charges 10 bucks for every 10k.

Well the whole site looks like an online informercial if that makes sense. I attach no credibility and no professionalism at all to informercials. For example the endless text you need to scroll through, the huge fonts, the yellow hi-lites and colors, the way the testimonials are presented in yellow hi lited boxes, the way you play the I am at Harvard and your not card in the opening paragraph.

You may have the best product in the world but if you are promoting it in a manner that comes off as spam I would never buy it.

You should make a professional looking site that just screams to people you are not trying to scam them. You are supposedly going to Harvard and they supposedly educate professionals.

Your site screams scam to me, but who knows it may apeal to some. I doubt it would to people that are educated enough to actually get into Harvard though.

Couldn't have said it any better myself...but this is what all eBook pages look like. Harvard is the rolls royce of automobiles there you need to have a website that backs that up, the rolls royce of websites... I think you get what I mean

Yeah, I get what you're saying. I actually paid someone on here to do the sales copy for the ebook. I was satisfied because it LOOKS like the other successful ebook sales copy to me... however:

    1) Yesterday I had 501 visits. Mostly through PPC.
    2) Only 1 conversion.
    3) 45 clicks on the Clickbank buy it now button.

Does that suggest the price is too high, that 45 clicked to buy now and only 1 did?

I'll check out the autoresponder too, thanks.

Any more opinions? This is really helpful.
