Please review new design

    Hello, I have made a template for my site elvenprog.com. Please leave feedback/comments as to what I did right/wrong, and how I can improve it. The template was designed to work best with IE8.

    @drewtoby,

    The design is fairly ok, but you really need to update it to web 2.0 standards. You can use Google and find a nice theme and get a logo make and it would be much better

    I think, google ads at the sides won't be effective, it will be more effective inside the website content, the design is ok but you can get some really good one at fairly low price

    Taking too much time to upload. Also not much of content and ads on both sides don't give great deal of impression.
