I just launched this blog off and wanted some feedback on the quality of the website as well as my posts. You can view it at http://www.xboxblogger.com
Hey, I think the site looks sharp overall and has a good theme. I'm no Xbox expert but I would say the content seems to be well-written: I liked the style of your 5 reasons not to mod your xbox 360 post. One suggestion would be to use more paragraph breaks on your text. Some of them are just one block that might be a bit hard for users to read. (They say you should never have more than 4 or 5 lines without breaking.) Also, if you increase the padding on your inside your main content a bit it would look like the posts are a bit longer. (the font could also probably stand to be 1px to 2px larger...) Just a couple of ideas off the top of my head.
Thanks for the advice! By the way none of these posts have been proofread so you'll probably find a few typos until I do that. I was just in a hurry to get the blog up.
Very nice, I'm an xbox user myself, but maybe you could make your background more related to your mw2 banner, perhaps by getting a few stock mw2 photos and blending them over the top of the background? Just a thought, and btw, do you play xbl, whats your gamertag
Cool name to start with, Nice header going with the theme (which is pretty well suited). But, you should think on changing the Background to a more techy background (a grey-ish background will light it up) don't know, you're the boss!
My gamertag is gregdavidson727 but I've pretty busy lately and haven't been playing it. I need to check but I might have to renew my membership soon. When I do play I usually just stick with MW2 but I occasionally play BBC2.
Nice site. The theme is flashy. Very good with your niche. I see you have some sponsors. Good way to go...
- Top image needs to be smaller height and width + less file size. - The scrolling xBox games need a couple more games to make it worth while - The blog entries need to be separated off more clearly - A box around the images might be good Other than that its very cool, especially the scrolling bit!
"The website you were trying to reach is temporarily unavailable. " It's better to check off the hosting company.
Temporarily unavailable. Honestly I always stay away from trademarked domain names. They can get taken away at any time and all your effort and money goes in the trash. If it was me I would monetize it and any money that came my way would be fine but I would not put any more into it. Best of luck to you.
