    Hey,
    I created an app for WP8 by name, "Names". :D It has collection of more than 45,000 unique names with their meaning from 50+ origins! The best part is, everything is offline ;) So, once you download app, you don't need internet connectivity to know meaning of a name.

    Once you download this app or visit it's page you will know more about it's features :D
