Please review my Who Hates Myspace? site

I actually bought the domain from a guy on DP for $3. We'll see if it brings me any adsense change.

I usually make sites with postnuke but this one I made from scratch / html with a few scripts to run things like the forum and guest book functions.

Any feedback would be appreciated, and please feel free to post a comment on the site if you hate myspace too. lol

 

I don't know about the site but you will need about 5000 uniques a day and very good ad placement just to make around $20 with adsense for Myspace keywords.

 

Ok, that definatly tells me to look into other ad systems for that site.

It's very basic... Far too much orange.

I like the "This site is in no way connected with myspace.com. Nor would we want to be." line at the bottom .

 

Is basic a bad thing?

I liked that line too... I couldn't help but add it. hehe

Lighten up on the orange, maybe a few more tweaks to the layout too.

 

Haha, I like this site. I know a lot of people who hate myspace so it'd pretty cool. The layout is a bit ... bright though. Maybe tone down the colours.

 

Hard on the eyes with all that orange, and on a 1680 x 1050 resolution it looks all stretched and distorted.

 

I think the header can be resized down a bit.. and same goes with the bevel effect (it looks too harsh).
