    Its nice but I wd suggest u use RECTANGLE ADSENSE CODE, its pays much better per click.

    336 size will be the best one..and i dont think there is any need for ads in footer..rest all looks awesome...

    where are you getting your content??? One meal a day is considered by most to put the body into starvation mode..(especially when skipping breakfast)...causing it to STORE fat, rather than keeping a speedy metabolism that burns it

    but Im not a doctor ;)

    Pictures are GREAT!

    You might want to consider putting ads in the middle of or at the end of each blog/article post though. more exposure of ads=more clicks
