Yeah, the banner is weak and that Hoodia ad sure is blury try another one.

 

make a better header to make your visitors more interested in the site. A good banner will help persuade your visitors to come back.

Blurriness of some items detracts from the blog.

Besides provide a short and catchy summary of your product [hoodia] at the top, using bullet points to emphasize qualities/things for which it is suitable etc

Some text is repeated, look under how does hoodia work for example
1st & 2nd paragraphs have the same beginning few sentences

 

nice design but the challenge now is to build up great content that will be useful to visitors.

the main idea of blog is that you should post regularly to keep visitors and google positions

I'm confused if this should come across as a Hoodia (the affiliate product I am selling, a weight loss product) site, or a weight loss site. I thought it should be a weight loss site so that it's coming across a resource site, not a sales site.

 

i echo those sentiments about feedburner; also try using sitemaps and pinging them daily to google (if you dont already, it doesnt look like you do from your search engine results )
