    Nice Site. A couple things though. I would consider having a smaller ad unit at the top so you can create an interesting header and logo. You'll also be able to have a larger site title. You may also want to reduce some clutter by using the "add this" button (from addthis.com) rather than a bunch of individual site icons.

    nice site! but logo is missing on ur site... plz create a nice logo for ur site... n one more thing ur site load so slow for me... currently i try on firefox then its so slow so if i open ur site on IE then how much time the site take to open...?
