    To be honest aint that the default joomla theme? Other than that it looks good to me. I like to keep stuff simple i hate all the flair.

    Good content, but Joomla really doesn't seem to display it that well, or at least the default skin, try looking for one that is more suitable. You have the content, what you lack now is the presentation. Both are equally important on the Internet.

    Great content and well presented but I do agree that a different skin or theme may well be more suitable. Presentation is important and it was hard to distinguish between the job ads and the articles.

    Seems like your site is way too cluttered. Without the financial backing of something like monster, I think you're wasting your time. The template is kinda dry as well.

    Consider using 1 article in one page and not two articles since the viewer need to scroll down longer.

    I found that your website is way to busy- cluttered. I'd dump some of the busy content and/or boxes. The colors and layout look very nice.
