    "Cedar City Real Estate"

^^ this phrase is not mentioned even one time in the page text; only in the title, metas, and alt tags.

It looks like you bought it as an expired domain? Your whois record only shows it live for a few months.. I think you will need many more links, better keyword density, and time for the links to age. Many of your current backlinks come from forums, blogs, and directories rather than hubs or authorities.

    Good luck!

Ok can you explain what exactly a hub is? I am still very new to this? Also I agree 100% on the keyword density and I am going to rewrite a couple paragraphs so it mentions my keywords maybe 3 or 4 times total on the frong page while still sounding professional and not like im keyword stuffing. Where would you recomend going to get links from if you were me?
Also yes i bought an expired domain. Will this hurt me in any way?
Also yes I have only been live since november. I really just wanted to get everyones opinion so I can fix problems right away.

Only h1 tag I found says "welcome to cedar city". I would be changed to be more inline with your targeted keywords. Also didn't find any h2,h3 etc tags.I would add them in also, you can size them down with style sheet if you don't want huge text. I'd also change out some of the images to be text. While images look great, they don't do much for improving ranking. A good portion of the top of the page (your best web real estate) is taken up with all images. I'd try to squeeze more text in there. Anyway...that's what I would do. Good luck :)

if you are into the real state business, why dont u do a flash 5 seconds or so intro? after all if someone is gonna buy a house, odds are they have the money to have a good internet speed.

And instead of you smiling, why dont u put a happy family in front of a house on the first homepage? after all, u dont want fame but to sell houses, put your photo on "about us or in your case 'About Sam'".

finally instead of a static photo banner, why dont u use a banner that rotates your photos? easy to do and very nice effect to increase the interest in the houses. remember the most important is your homepage, so show the houses for sale right from the start
