It's very boxy, but at the same time clean and organized. It actually reminds be of craigslist, but not as messy. I like it. I can't think of anything to tell you to change.
The first thing that came to mind was....TEXT. That is a lot of text in a non-presentable manner (in my opinion). My suggestion would be to add a slight indentation at the beginning of each paragraph to break it up a little, maybe bold or underline some important words/sentences. Hope this helps! -James
I have to agree that the design is boxy... and there's a bit too much content on the site, it makes it confusing browsing around the text
