    It looks Ok, but I think your AdSense could be placed better than it is now. Why not include some ads right up there with your site's menu? Also, move the code on the bottom up a little bit so that it is placed between the two rows of pictures.

    It looks alright to me. I would probably blend the adsense ads a bit(change the colours to match your background ect).

    Test this templates and ad placement till reach 100 visitors there, then if you don't reach at your AIM change the ad placement then test again and again ... this is the only one way to reach your goal
