    yes i m agree with dizayn1st,
    As your url contain query string which is not SEO friendly, u must use mod re-write rule to redirect your url name with .html extension.

    design is so simple u can add good color combination too.

    For the links, try using red (from your header) instead to test out the CTR, because this will make the links stand out a bit more. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the header.. I would use one good quality photograph rather than several small ones.

    As for the header, I'm in the midst of designing another one..
