Hello all - I just changed the design on my website (www.tonofjewelry.com) as the old design seemed too plain and unappealing. I seem to have increased the amount of unique visitors to the site, but conversion rates and overall time spent on the site is low/still the same. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!
The "Choose Options" button is too light, if you can use more sharp color I think it will improve conversion rates.
Most of your site the text is hard to read against a white background. Also what above poster said Choose Option is too light
Thank you! Yes, I've been trying to figure out how to tweak the colors in the template. This carousel template is a little different than the previous one.
Well the white shows elegance but still looks like something is missing. Maybe you should change the dotted line to something else. It looks bloggish with it. Maybe also move your contact number above the search field and make it bigger. Make the title like featured product, Current top Sellers bolder, etc bolder to show the viewers that there are categories. The footer, divide it to there equal columns to make use of all the spaces. Also add importance to the newsletter section that would make viewers want to subscribe. Maybe divide them by four and add the payment logos there and awards. The navigation footer, center align the menu. Besides that you are on the right track.
Thanks for the tips! I appreciate it. I changed the template entirely again... There's a few bugs still, but this one seems better: www.tonofjewelry.com Now back to working on SEO and conversions!
