Please review my website

    Hi all,
    I am planning to start a new website company and designed a website. I started doing SEO (both onpage and offpage optimization)for my website for 2 months. But I dont get expectable result. I worked SEO for some companies and it comes in first page by google search. I know that these companies dont have that much competition. Please review my website and share your different ideas, suggestions and comments.

    Overall the designing is okay. My suggestion is Keep the text "Chennai Web studio welcomes you" just under the flash banner as center aligned. Please the rest text below the Line.
