    i saw the website. It's ok. Standard lay out but the color choices are too strong. Tiring the eyes. Just a thought.

    stop using flash. get rid of the landing flash page, people hate flash landing pages. get rid of the "this site visited" counter, use google analytics. center the site in the browser. Less text and bigger text. Increase the line-height to make more readable. the copyright at the bottom is not needed. login link is broken

    I agree on the landing-page. It serves no purpose whatsoever.

    Also, the layout is somewhat strange. If I were you, I'd just purchase a clean template (with a more professional looking layout) and re-brand it to suit the company.

    I just checked the blog of very same site in which, i found facebook page like box. Add the same in your site as well. Also put a link of it your site as well. Images are fine but lack content. Some of the catalogue images could be replace with text. Also, titles are same on every page, so create new one as per the pages even if you don't want do other seo things.
